ADVISORY No. 2026-0051 Acceptance of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) E-Certificate Signed September 23, 2026 In line with Republic Act No. 11032 or the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018,” and the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to recognize digital documents across government offices in support of the government’s digitalization initiatives and improved public service, all National Health Insurance Program (NHIP) beneficiaries, accredited health care providers, partner institutions, and other stakeholders are hereby informed that the PSA E-Certificate shall be honored and accepted
