What you’ll need
Use your existing SS number; enroll a disbursement account through DAEM when filing directly.
Keep the employer notice or applicable case evidence for DOLE certification.
Steps
Normally age 60 or below; 36 total contributions including 12 in the 18 months before separation, and no settled unemployment claim in the last 3 years. Special occupations have lower age limits.
