What you’ll need
Check qualifying paid months before the semester of childbirth, miscarriage or ETP.
Submit pregnancy proof to the employer; employer notifies SSS. Other member categories notify SSS directly.
Live birth: birth record; miscarriage/ETP: applicable medical records. My.SSS gives the case-specific uploads.
Direct claimants need an approved disbursement account.
