Use the renewal transaction and existing business record. A change of owner, address or business activity may require an amendment instead.

• Local business tax and permit / regulatory charges are assessed for the business activity and declared basis
• Prepare prior-year gross sales / receipts for assessment

Processing time:

• Renewal timing follows validation and the application’s payment / permit instructions
• Zoning issues, inspections and missing ancillary requirements can add time

What to bring

• Existing business permit / account and sales basis

  Use the existing permit / account and prepare the sales / tax records requested by the renewal application.

• Proof of the business premises

  QC lists the Tax Declaration for owned premises, or a signed notarized lease stating the property, parties and business use. Add location sketch / photos when requested.

• Activity-specific clearances and representative authority

  Ancillary offices may request zoning, safety or special-regulatory records. A representative needs signed authorization and owner / representative IDs.

   Use the existing business record for renewal. Complete the unified application with accurate activity, premises and financial details.

   Open the official service

   Upload documents and respond to office requests

   QC evaluates business, zoning and ancillary requirements. Follow notices instead of opening duplicate applications.

3. 3
   Review the assessment, pay and obtain the permit

   Check the tax / fee line items and business details on the permit. Retain the receipt and observe renewal / inspection conditions.
