Marriage certificate

For a civil event already registered and available in PSA records. A recent / missing record may first need endorsement by the local civil registrar.

Cost / amount:

• PSA Serbilis domestic paper delivery: ₱330 for the first copy
• Additional copy of the same certificate in the same request: ₱280
• These are delivery-channel charges; a PSA outlet / other channel has its own published price

Processing time:

• PSA Serbilis provincial delivery: normally 6–8 working days after payment; check the NCR delivery schedule at checkout
• Manual record retrieval can add 10–15 working days; an unendorsed / missing record takes longer

What to bring

• Correct civil-record details

  Names of both spouses, marriage date and city / municipality

• Requester’s valid ID and eligible relationship / authority

  Use the receiving channel’s accepted ID list. For another person’s record, prepare the authorization and requester / owner identity documents required for that relationship. A death-record request uses the requester’s identity, not a demand that the deceased appear.

• Delivery address, contact and payment reference

  Check the authorized recipient rules before payment and keep the request reference.

How to apply

   Enter the record and requester details

   Use the names and event details exactly as registered. Check the number of copies and purpose.

   Open the official service

   Check the channel price, pay and track

   Pay using the generated reference. Delivery timing starts after confirmed payment; use the official tracker rather than placing another request.

   Receive with the required ID / authority

   Have the eligible recipient ready with the channel’s required ID and authorization. Check the received certificate.

   If no record / wrong details, follow the civil-registry route

   Ask the LCRO where the event was registered about endorsement, delayed registration or the appropriate correction petition. Repeated delivery orders will not correct the record.
