PSA Birth Certificate · Record not found / correction needed

A paid request may return a negative certification. Use PSA’s endorsement process with the local civil registrar; ordering another copy does not fix the underlying record.

Steps

  1. Choose the format your recipient accepts

Decide paper delivery, LBC pickup or agency e-copy before paying. A view-only certificate may not satisfy a paper-document requirement.

  2. Request on PSA Serbilis

Fill in record and requester details on the official service; choose delivery/pickup and save the reference number.

  3. Pay against your reference number

Check the format, copies and final amount before paying through an offered channel.

  4. Track processing and dispatch

Use Check Status and the payment/dispatch emails. Manual record searches can add 10–15 working days.

  5. Receive and check your certificate

Present the required ID or representative authorization. If PSA reports no record, use its electronic endorsement route with the local civil registrar.
