The clinic manages Digital YES through its HCI Portal; manual YES is allowed when digital submission is not feasible.

The clinic handles verification and YES. You do not use the provider HCI account.
- 3Attend the first patient encounter
Visit the selected clinic for assessment and covered primary-care services.
- 4Check any co-payment
Public covered care is free. Keep receipts toward the private-clinic ₱900 annual cap.
