Passport Renewal · Adult, undamaged ePassport, no name change

Use the standard requirements and fees below. Book a DFA consular office and attend in person.

Steps

  1. Choose your renewal case

    Review your selected case in the guide. Lost, damaged, older-passport and minor cases require additional documents.

  2. Book your DFA office and pay

    Use passport.gov.ph. Pick the actual office and processing option; follow the payment deadline in your booking email.

  3. Prepare originals and photocopies

    Bring the confirmed application, receipt and current ePassport with a data-page copy. Add documents for a name change if applicable.

  4. Attend your appointment

    Go to the DFA office stated in your booking for validation and biometrics.

  5. Collect or receive your passport

    Use the release date on the official receipt. Check your name and details; delivery takes additional time.
