What you’ll need
Prepare one completed original and a photocopy of an accepted ID.
Employee: employer-certified net pay or authenticated latest payslip. Self-employed/OFW: the relevant income proof and an accepted disbursement account.

Check 24 monthly savings or the permitted equivalent, a recent contribution and non-defaulting existing loans.
