NBI Clearance · Standard domestic application

Register and book the actual branch; bring accepted IDs. Published standard cost: ₱130 clearance + ₱30 e-payment, excluding delivery. A hit can require a later visit.

Steps

  1. Choose standard, renewal or first-time-jobseeker route

Use the official portal. Do not pay a standard application if you need to establish eligibility for the first-time-jobseeker service.

  2. Register and book the actual clearance branch

Review your information, choose the branch and appointment, and retain the reference number.

  3. Prepare IDs and settle the assessed payment

Bring accepted IDs and keep the payment reference/receipt. Standard published total is ₱160 (₱130 clearance + ₱30 e-payment); use your portal’s assessed amount.

  4. Attend for verification and biometrics

Bring your reference, IDs and any first-time-jobseeker certification to your booked branch.

  5. Receive your clearance or follow a hit-review date

No-hit cases proceed to printing. The 2025 charter lists 8 working days for main-office hit cases and 15 for some centers; follow the assigned date. Queues are additional.
